Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Daily tasks range from file and database management, tenant communications, managing agent calendars, planning events, and transaction coordination. Includes opportunities for creativity and marketing.
  • Administrative and operations support to team members
  • Manage Pipeline tracking, reporting and scoring for all acquisitions efforts; communicate this to relevant internal parties to help prepare for volume
  • Lead collaboration with other facets of the business including Legal, Technology, Property Management Team, and Capital Markets Team to execute closings and ensure properties are being marketed correctly
  • Understand high-level investment directives and support the project manager to effectuate the execution of the business plan
  • Work directly with external business partners to oversee, track, & manage multiple projects simultaneously, including identifying and escalating known issues
  • Supporting the Project Managers by recommending and implementing solutions to resolve identified project issues

Mortgage Assistant

Mortgage Assistant provides support to the Mortgage Officer by ensuring timely closing of mortgage files via communication with operations staff and customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and emails for department and directing calls, assisting callers if possible
  • Request disclosures
  • Open escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title report
  • Order appraisals
  • Collect and review client documentation
  • Review income analysis from the Loan Officer
  • Submit loans documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)
  • Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions
  • Submit requests for Rapid Rescores

CRM Administration

Providing general support, administration, and maintenance of CRM Cloud Systems. Working directly with end-users or business owners to resolve support issues within Cloud Systems including Netsuite and Salesforce.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for handling all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, roles and permissions, reports, and dashboards, workflows, customization of forms/ User Interface, and other routine tasks.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades.
  • Document workflow process and implement any Change Control process
  • Work closely with business owners, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on the systems and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
