Phil Labor – Our Rates

All in Hourly Rate for Temporary Staff requirements.

Our Huge Advantage

This is for all forms of employment including Full Time (40 Hours per week), Part-Time (20 Hours per week) and Short Term Option (min 4 hours per week)

Our All-in Hourly Rate linked to all employment options is one of our key differences and a huge advantage to you!

Unlike other BPO companies, our hourly rate includes EVERYTHING including seat fees, infrastructure costs, holiday and sick leave loading, superannuation and workers compensation and other costs that are normally added by other companies.

All costs are simply factored into this hourly rate.

You can employ your very own Virtual Assistant on an hourly basis* rather than committing to a term contract.

You schedule the work you require, and our Virtual staff will make sure your tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

You simply pay an hourly rate without having to lock in for any specific period.

The way through a person’s heart is through their stomach…

That’s why one of Phil Labor’s advantages is a FREE healthy lunch for our in-house staff every day!

All Factored In!

You don’t pay extra for leave loading, tax, health benefits, 13-month pay etc. These are all factored into your hourly rate.

That means the figure you are quoted is the final figure.

No more to pay… EVER! And you only pay for the hours worked!

If your Short Term VA is sick, you don’t pay. Is this correct? Yes! Don’t they get sick pay? They do! But for Short Term we won’t charge them this (factored into hourly rate) or there’s unscheduled leave due to a power outage, you don’t pay for that time!

The All-in hourly rate includes all of the Philippines Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements and because we operate as an Australian company we also invoice in Australian dollars and apply and remit GST as mandated.

* Minimum time is 4-hour segments per week – up to 40 hours
